We've tried it and it is reeeeeeeally good! I'll admit amy liked it more than I did, but I think I didn't have the proportions right cuz I made a little more than the recipe said. Anyway, we are giving it another go tonight. I may add a little something else to it.... cuz that's what I do. I'll let you know.

ERIN! When I read your blog, I feel like I am back there. :) And then I snap back to reality and discover that I am just in Government class...Hmmm. Lame. Well...I DID do my assignment first. :) I love you and miss you so much! Seriously. A LOT more than I was planning on. Tell the girls I love them! And Chris too. :)

I didn't take a picture of it after the oven time. The recipe says until slightly blackened but it doesn't usually get black in my oven...just really soft and kind of browned in some areas.
I hope you guys try it! Let me know what you think! Oh---it's good with sour cream on top!!!
Charlsie--perfect easy meal for busy mommies! And it doesn't tend to turn out spicey at all even though it calls for jalapenos. Although I know your kids can take the heat.

I am totally going to try that. Do you have a picture of what it looks like after it's been in the oven? My mouth is watering already!
