I worked at a coffee shop one summer that made about 30 dollars a day. So all I did was read up on this stuff----so fun! This website is interesting because he said he was trying to start a business but then that fell through but he already learned everything there is to know about coffee. We did a training with a professional cupper who does a lot of work with local coffee farmers. It was amazing! We learned how to describe both the aroma and the taste of coffee.
